Following a two week trial in Civil District Court in New Orleans, Louisiana, an Orleans Parish jury returned a 9-3 defense verdict on Monday July 21 in favor of Chevron Oronite Company LLC in Dean and Tammy Tessitore v. Chevron Oronite Company LLC.
